Our Policies

Our goal at Townsend Family Dental Center is to provide new and existing patients with the care and respect they deserve. We are proud to provide family dental & cosmetic dentistry treatments to patients of all ages in Hinesville, GA. Our staff and dentist are dedicated to providing you with a comfortable, inviting environment and results you are proud of.

Financial Policy:

For protection of both the patient and the clinician, we ask our patients to follow a treatment plan that is agreed on by both parties.

Our office will do the following:

  • 1. Estimate your insurance benefits as best we can
  • 2. File your insurance
  • 3. Accept payment from your insurance provider as a courtesy to you.

If you have dental insurance, we ask that the deductible be met on the first visit. After paying the deductible there is usually a co-pay that will also be required with each remaining visit. The co-pay must be paid when treatment is received. After your insurance company sends in payment, you will be billed for any balance remaining on your account. Any accounts that are delinquent are subject to be turned over to our collection agency and the credit bureau. The patient/guardian will be held responsible for any incurring cost, such as court cost, collections, or attorney fees.

Payment:

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.

CareCredit offers flexible payment terms for treatments over $300. You may apply online (click the button below) or here in the office.

Appointments:

Once an appointment has been scheduled, this time has been reserved exclusively for you. If, for some reason, you aren’t able to keep your appointment, please call our office to reschedule. Please know that 24 hours of advance notice is greatly appreciated.
